Sports Therapist

Olivia first began working in the industry in 2016. Following completion of her degree she began working for herself enabling a more holistic and individual approach to treating her patients. She spent a few years working in Skegness and Lincoln from different locations until 2020 when she opened her own private clinic in Skegness. In 2023 she also joined the Central Wellness team offering clinic days for Sports Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation treatments. Olivia also offers treatments such as Scar Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Overall, she hopes to share her passion for prioritising health and viewing the body holistically and individually.

The Sun studio is a beautiful natural light filled space upstairs purpose designed for yoga with infra red heating and wooden floors and fully equipped.

On the ground floor the Moon studio is a more reflective space used for a range of classes as well as holistic health treatment such as therapeutic massage, acupuncture and private yoga sessions.
