We may change our terms and conditions and policies from time to time, so please check this page regularly.

By booking classes at Central Wellness you agree to our terms and conditions and also accept our liability waiver. Classes are open to everyone over the age of 18 unless otherwise stated.  Please contact us if you would like to make a booking for someone under 18.

Appropriate dress is required. Outdoor footwear must be removed before going upstairs to the studio. Mobile phones must be either on silent or switched off entirely to avoid disruption in class.

We ask that you uphold CW’s principles of fairness and equality in all your dealings with  your fellow  practitioners and teachers. Central Wellness reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or refuse service to anyone whose conduct is, or may deemed to be in the Central Wellness’s reasonable opinion, injurious to the character of the Studio or amounts to a breach of the Terms and Conditions or where such expulsion is otherwise to be in the interests of the other customers. 

Central Wellness cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. We reserve the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations.

Personal belongings that are brought into the Centre premises or parking areas are left at the Client’s own risk and Central Wellness does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

Disclosed Agency

Central Wellness CIC acts as an agent for the teachers using Central Wellness and any percentage taken from bookings is split between Central Wellness CIC and the teacher. 

By accepting these Terms and Conditions the client accepts they are doing business with  Central Wellness CIC who disclose they will act on behalf of the principle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If any scheduled activity is cancelled by Central Wellness due to an issue with the space or an instructor not being available, you will receive a full refund.

Classes

If you are unable to attend for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your class booking yourself on on our website OR via our app.

Class Passes

5-class pack will expire 2 month after the sales date.

10-class pass will expire after 3 month of the sales date.

The expiry dates for our offers cannot be extended.

Early Class Cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. If cancelled 12 hours in advance, your pass or payment will be credited to your Central Wellness account.

Late Class Cancellations: cancellations within 12 hours of the start of the class cannot be refunded.

Workshops, Courses & Retreats held at Central Wellness CIC

(*not including Teacher Trainings)
More than 24 hours before Workshop/Course starts: full-credit refund onto your Central Wellness account or a refund to your bank account minus a 10% admin fee. Please contact us at hello@centralwellness.uk to confirm your cancellation.

Less than 24 hours before Workshop/Course starts: refunds cannot be offered as we will have already confirmed your attendance with the instructor and also paid for catering (where applicable).

You may pass your booked place onto a friend at no additional cost. Please notify us by email if you wish to do this.

If the workshop/course is fully booked and we are able to offer your place to someone on the waiting list, we can offer refund the workshop/course cost to your bank account, minus a 10% admin fee, or full credit to your Central Wellness account.

Course prices will not be prorated if you are not able to attend all of the sessions.

Definitions

  • Personal Data – Any information that relates to an individual who can then be directly or indirectly identified. Examples of personal data include names, date of birth, location information and web cookies – essentially anything that can then be traced back to the person.
  • Data Processing – Any action performed on this data, be it automatic or manual. This includes collecting, recording, organising and storing data.
  • Data Subject – The person whose data is being processed – e.g. your yoga student
  • Data Controller – The person who decides why and how the yoga students’ data will be processed. If you own a studio, this duty will typically fall on you.
  • Data Processor – Typically a third party who processes the data on behalf of the data controller.

Sun Studio

The Sun studio is a beautiful natural light filled space upstairs purpose designed for yoga with infra red heating and wooden floors and fully equipped.

On the ground floor the Moon studio is a more reflective space used for a range of classes as well as holistic health treatment such as therapeutic massage, acupuncture and private yoga sessions.
