The Brood Club

Anna is a practising senior NHS midwife with over 15 years experience. She provides hypnobirthing antenatal classes that covers all options for maternity care and everything you’ll need to know about pregnancy, birth and beyond. She provides support to both mothers and their partners to prepare them for all things parenthood. Other courses available include Baby First Aid and a free walking group.

Sun Studio

The Sun studio is a beautiful natural light filled space upstairs purpose designed for yoga with infra red heating and wooden floors and fully equipped.

Moon Studio

On the ground floor the Moon studio is a more reflective space used for a range of classes as well as holistic health treatment such as therapeutic massage, acupuncture and private yoga sessions.
