We may change or terms and conditions and policies from time to time, so please check this page regularly.
By booking classes at Central Wellness you agree to our terms and conditions and also accept our liability waiver. Classes are open to everyone over the age of 18 unless otherwise stated.
Appropriate dress is required. Outdoor footwear must be removed before going upstairs to the studio. Mobile phones must be either on silent or switched off entirely to avoid disruption in class.
We ask that you uphold CW's principles of fairness and equality in all your dealings with your fellow practitioners and teachers. Central Wellness reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or refuse service to anyone whose conduct is, or may deemed to be in the Central Wellness's reasonable opinion, injurious to the character of the Studio or amounts to a breach of the Terms and Conditions or where such expulsion is otherwise to be in the interests of the other customers.
Central Wellness cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. We reserve the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations.
Personal belongings that are brought into the Centre premises or parking areas are left at the Client’s own risk and Central Wellness does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your class booking yourself on on our website or using the mindbody booking app.
Early Class Cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. If cancelled 12 hours in advance, your pass or payment will be credited to your Central Wellness account.
Late Class Cancellations: cancellations within 12 hours of the start of the class cannot be refunded.
Workshops, Courses & Retreats
More than 30 days before Workshop/Course starts: full-credit refund onto your Central Wellness account or a refund to your bank account minus a 10% admin fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your cancellation.
Less than 30 days before Workshop/Course starts: refunds can not be offered as we will have already confirmed your attendance with the instructor and also paid for catering (where applicable).
You may pass your booked place onto a friend at no additional cost. Please notify us by email if you wish to do this.
If the workshop/course is fully booked and we are able to offer your place to someone on the waiting list, we can offer refund the workshop/course cost to your bank account, minus a 10% admin fee, or full credit to your Central Wellness account.
Course prices will not be prorated if you are not able to attend all of the sessions.
If a scheduled activity is cancelled by Central Wellness due to an issue with the space or an instructor not being available, you will receive a full refund.

By participating in classes at Central Wellness, I hereby agree the following:
That I am participating in the yoga classes. workshops, courses, health programmes or any other activities (from here on referred to as 'classes and activities') offered by Central Wellness entirely at my own risk.
I understand that during these classes and activities, I will receive information and instruction about yoga, physical exercise or health.
I recognise that exercise requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the classes and activities. I take full responsibility for own fitness level and medical conditions in regards to my participation in these classes and activities.
I accept that it is my responsibility to inform my teacher at the start of each and every class I attend of any injury or health condition that I may have, but that my teacher or Central Wellness are in no way responsible for any worsening of any condition I may have as a result of attending a class or activity.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the classes and activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the programmes offered by my instructor.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the classes and activities offered at Central Wellness, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against my instructor for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in these classes and activities.
I understand fully that from time to time during the classes and activities, the instructor may physically adjust the students form and posture. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I will so inform the instructor at the beginning of each class or activity I attend. I also acknowledge that if I do wish to receive such adjustments, it is my responsibility to inform the instructor when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.
If I am pregnant I understand that I participate fully at my own risk and that of my unborn child/children. If pregnant, I will be responsible for notifing the instructor as some classes may not be suitable during certain stages of pregnancy.
I agree that Central Wellness is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings and I hereby take full and sole responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property while I attend a class or activity at Central Wellness.
I agree that neither I, nor my heirs, assigns or legal representatives, will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Central Wellness, its instructors or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above under my own free will.
Security of Your Information
Central Wellness uses third party providers such as MindBody and HealCode to manage your class bookings and to process payment. The security of personal information is a high priority. We maintain our website and all associated data with technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. No computer system or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard but HealCode, MindBody and Central Wellness are committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect our website and the information contained within against foreseeable hazards.
Information We Collect and How It Is Used
On certain pages, we give users the option of providing us with contact information, including name, phone, and e-mail address, as a requirement. We also securely process your payments using Netbanx through the MindBody platform and details provided are for the purpose of booking and paying for your classes. Providing this information is voluntary which we use internally and with HealCode to book your space in class. We will not provide your information to any third party. If you have opted into membership of our information newsletter, you may cancel participation in email newsletters by following the instructions on each newsletter. Information you provide may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to, one-off promotional e-mailing, direct mail, and sales contacts. Also, please be aware that security cameras are in use on the premises.
Service Provider Collection and Use
HealCode collects and relays information under the direction of Central Wellness, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. On certain pages, we give users the option of providing contact information or account registration information, including name, phone, and e-mail address, as a requirement. Providing this information is voluntary which is used to deliver service to Central Wellness. When using our mobile applications we may collect information from your device such as unique device ID, device’s operating system, MAC address, and device type (“Device Information”).
