Return / Refund Policy
Early Class cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours in advance. If you paid by your series pass, your class will be credited back to your account.
Late Class cancellations: Cancellations within 12 hours cannot be refunded.
Workshops and Retreats - Cancellations within 1 week will not be refunded unless the place is filled by another client.
Guest workshops are non refundable unless place can be filled.
Gift Certificates can only be used for services, not redeemable for cash.
Privacy & Security
Abusive or threatening behaviour, language of a profane or discriminatory nature will not be tolerated by Central Wellness. Central Wellness reserves the right to refuse admission to the Centre.
Central Wellness may communicate with Clients by email. By providing an email address to Central Wellness the Client consents to receiving email communications from Central Wellness, including notices pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, unless the Client has specifically opted out of future communications from Central Wellness. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by following the unsubscribe link, or emailing us. The Client also accepts any risk that email may not be a fully secure and confidential means of communication. Central Wellness will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with a Client in this manner.
Any personal information Central Wellness collects in order to provide you with a service will not be shared with any third party.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
No crockery, glass, or food is permitted in the studios. No pets (unless guide dogs) are permitted on the premise or grounds.
Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and Clients must not interfere with these doors for any reason. In the event of a fire, Clients are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
Clients are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any Client if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
Personal belongings that are brought into the Centre premises or parking areas are left at the Client’s own risk and Central Wellness does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
