As we leave winter behind, nature enters a season of growth and renewal. And so do we!
This evening of quiet yet challenging Yin yoga will focus on nourishing and supporting our organs of detoxification and digestion, helping us to move into Spring with a renewed sense of vitality.
Our practice will include some yoga philosophy to make us think and to help us in day to day life.
Yin is a floor-based practice where poses are held for between 2 and 8 minutes. It is suitable for all levels of experience – all welcome!
