In this 10 week course we will learn ways to develop positive mind states such as love, compassion and forgiveness - both for ourselves and others – while working skilfully with shadow energies like anger, jealousy and addiction. Through a combination of meditation, visualisation, mantra, reflection and discussion we will incline the mind towards more openness and peace.
This course is aimed at those who already have a regular meditation practice and have completed an 8 week mindfulness course or equivalent. (For those without prior experience, a 4 week preparation course is available – please ask for details).
Justin has spent many years studying intensive meditation in Asia under the guidance of some of the world’s most respected teachers. On returning to England, he trained as a clinical Mindfulness instructor and Integrative Counsellor. His style of teaching integrates East and West, uniting the beauty and wonder of this ancient art with the safety and clinical precision of the modern world.
