A Naturopathic Nutrition Workshop
with Kate Knapik
A woman's body undergoes natural hormonal changes, which are connected to your cycle and time of your life.
Have you ever felt at the mercy of your hormones?
Hormones play a huge part in our lives, therefore it is important that they work well in a balanced and organised way.
Naturopathic nutrition sees the body as a whole, integrated system. It focuses on possible root causes of ill health, to help achieve optimal health by making lifestyle changes, such as nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.
This workshop will help you to discover how to support your body through PMS and menopause.
You will learn about:
- common factors that contribute to hormonal imbalances
- foods and nutrients that help support female hormones
- lifestyle advice for "happy hormones"
