In this workshop, you will learn how your breath mechanics can help to elevate your yoga practice (and your life!) to another level.
Understand how breath and posture work together and take that practical skill to add a meditative space to your day.
By the end of the session we will have learnt some simple pranayama techniques to both complement your yoga practice and use in everyday life.
Medical research is increasingly recognising the many beneficial effects of regular pranayama practice, including helping to reduce the stress response in the body and regulate nervous system activity.
