Introduction to Yoga - Beginners Yoga Workshop
Interested in starting yoga? Not sure where to start?
This is perfect introduction to yoga, introducing the basic elements of a yoga class; movement, breath and relaxation, while emphasising alignment principles developing the mind-body connection.
This will be a gently paced class to accommodate all and will include both discussion and practice. Mats included.
The idea is that the knowledge and confidence gained during these workshop will allow you to safely move to a class.
Jo Davey is an experienced yoga teacher of more than 12 years. She teaches a number of beginners classes and workshops at Central Wellness. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a experienced teacher to start your journey into yoga.
