Yin yoga is a floor-based practice where we remain in poses for between 2-8 minutes, allowing the deep connective tissues of the body to release. As we rest in each pose the challenge is to stay quiet in the mind as well as the body.
This will be a deeply relaxing evening of poses designed to release tension in the spine and lower back, infused with gentle pranayama and philosophy.
No experience necessary, all welcome!
