with Liz Underwood
Somatics on Saturday for M.E, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
Liz has been inspired and guided by her sister Cate (who has M.E and fibromyalgia) to offer this monthly afternoon workshop. It combines a Somatics practice with Yoga Nidra (a guided deep relaxation practice).
Comfort is essential during this workshop and especially during Yoga Nidra and so blankets and bolsters will be used, adding an element of Restorative Yoga to the workshop.
These two hour sessions give you an opportunity to slow down and dive deeper into this simple mind-body awareness practice. They are also a great introduction if you are new to this method.
Each workshop is an invitation to:-
* Release Tension and Tight Muscles
* Restore Movement
* Regain Posture
* Renew Energy
* Relax Deeply
* Re-educate your brain and improve neuroplasticity
