Breath based gentle stretches, restorative yoga, guided relaxation and meditation, based on a mindful, compassionate approach to help create positive coping strategies to modern living.

Stress inherently is not a good or bad thing, but our response to either a physical, mental or emotional stimulus provokes a reaction from the body usually in a habitual way.

This evening is an opportunity to practice self soothing techniques to help develop eustress, which is a term for positive stress, and move from distress, which refers to negative stress.
