A One Year Study Course with Justin Iles
Every 2nd and 4th Sunday, September 2019 - July 2020.
This course is a theoretical and practical exploration of The Satipatthana Sutta (The Foundations of Mindfulness). This ancient text has influenced countless meditators through the years and is still as relevant now as it was 2000 years ago.
The Sutta methodically guides the student through a process of letting go of all attachments of body and mind towards a place of freedom and peace.
The classes will be a mix of study and meditation, first learning the theory and then applying it to our meditation practice.
