Our lives are fast paced, demanding our attention in many different directions, speed literally gets trapped in the body affecting sleep patterns, digestion and our overall well being.
It is only by stepping back and becoming still that we can be more attentive and present to the simple joys of life.
The day is an opportunity to practice breathing techniques, flowing movements, restorative yoga, yogic sleep - yoga nidra and meditation.
