In this five week foundation course, taught by Kundalini Yoga teacher Atmashant Kaur and musician Ben Havilah, we will explore the basics of Kundalini Yoga, Music, Mantra and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Kundalini Yoga is a unique form of yoga which combines an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, incorporating movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras.
This course dates are 3, 10, 17, 24 February & 3 March, 10am-12pm.
The course will cover:
1. What is Kundalini Yoga?
2. Mantras and how they work
3. Creatures of Habit
3. Prana, Pranayam and Vitality
4. Kriyas and the Kundalini
Please wear light, comfortable clothing for these sessions.
Suitable for everybody, all ages and levels of experience.
Women in their second trimester of pregnancy are also welcome to attend.
