Working with a relaxed and conscious breath to bring about the shift of the nervous system along with supported postures opening the body and relaxing the mind with a willingness to let go of your attachment to the ‘doing' of things.
Closing with a guided yoga nidra for deep rest and renewal as we move towards the busy festive season.
