The contrasting practices of dynamic vinyasa and quietening yin yoga provide the perfect tools to refresh and rebalance after the intensity of December.
The morning will include a flowing vinyasa sequence designed to build heat and aid detoxification, followed by a quiet yin practice focusing on the meridian of the liver; our organ of detoxification.
Our asana practice will be accompanied by cleansing pranayama techniques, relaxation and meditation, as well as a look at the ancient kriyas - yoga techniques which help to cleanse the internal organs.
A morning to cleanse body and mind, leaving you restored and invigorated.
