A Guest Teacher Workshop with Andrea Kwaitkowski
A Jivamukti workshop exploring a standing and balancing sequence, with hands on assists, musical soundtrack, Sanskrit chanting, meditation and deep relaxation.
Standing and balancing postures show us if we are in harmony with the connection to the earth and all beings in our lives. Learning to stand up and be brave, to face our disconnection to others takes courage.
A yoga practice teaches us tools to face life, conditioning and insecurities, to stand in our own seat /body with self confidence, strength and conviction.
This workshop will explore where that disconnect comes from and empower us to grow into a spiritual warrior!
The afternoon session will include breaking down key elements of the morning sequence and will finish with restoratives and questions.
Please bring a notebook to the workshop.
Suitable for all levels.
10am Chanting , philosophy
10.30 Asana sequence and meditation
1.30 short break with snacks
2.00pm Asana breakdown , chanting and restorative yoga, Q and A
