Our modern day living habits mean that, for many, we spend the majority of our day with our head staring down at computers and phones. This can lead to
chronic tension in our neck and shoulders and is both distracting and, long term, can build up to dysfunction in the spine. This can then lead to conditions such as a frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow, in addition to headaches and migraines.
This workshop will teach you simple and effective Somatic movements to relax over-worked and strained muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed, tension free and taller!
This workshop is suitable for those new to Somatics and Yoga.
