Long term stress not only impacts our mental and emotional states, but also our posture, increasing muscle tension, stiff, tight bodies and fatigue. Stress literally becomes stuck in our tissues. We become so used to living in the stressful states, we no longer recognise who we truly are.
In this Somatics workshop you will learn simple movements, which help to unravel these stress responses, restoring you mentally, physically and emotionally.
This workshop is suitable for all, including those new to Somatics and Yoga.
