This workshop is all about digging a little bit deeper into our emotions and ourselves and experiencing the different effects that they may have on us.
Within the Chinese five elements point of view of our five main emotions; fear, worry, anger, sorrow and overjoyed, it is believed that an excess of any one of these emotions causes the body to be out of balance or dis-eased.
This workshop is open to anyone wanting to explore this ancient art form. The first half of this session is filled with a slow moving qigong session, concluding with a guided meditation session.
