Essence of Tantra, an Introduction, Sunday 11 February, 10am-1pm
Alertness Through Tantra, Sunday 4 March, 10am-1pm
Sensitivity is Awareness, Sunday 15 April, 10am-1pm
With Atmashant Kaur
These three Tantra workshops are an invitation to experience one’s personal and collective nature, via Indian mystic Osho’s approach to Vigyan Bhairav Tantra.
Tantra (like yoga) is a path to union (meditation). However, there are differences that will be discussed in these sessions.
The workshops include group sharing, Osho active meditations and individual Tantric meditations, of which some will be partnered. There will be a loose structure to the sessions, but Atma will work intuitively in response to the group dynamic, in accordance with what might come up during the sessions.
Both couples and singles are welcome to join the workshops. They are designed to give you an introduction to Tantra in a friendly and relaxed environment. You can choose to journey through all three workshops or choose one that you are intuitively drawn to.
You do not have to have practiced Tantra before and honouring your personal boundaries is central to the sessions, this ensures a response enabling, supportive environment.
Please wear light, comfortable clothing for these sessions. Women can express themselves with colour and wear things that they feel beautiful in. Please do not wear perfumes.
