A relaxing, meditative evening of Yin yoga. An all over sequence starting with our toes and working our way up!
Yin is a quiet style of yoga; the poses are all floor-based. Once we move into a pose we stay there and relax for between two and five minutes, thereby giving the deep connective tissues of the body time to open.
Yin is a wonderfully relaxing practice, great for counteracting our busy lives, as well as restoring range of movement in stiff joints.
Yin yoga is accessible to all – complete beginners to advanced.
