with Cheng Jie
Come and experience the ancient art forms of Tai Chi and Qigong for free, at the first of a new weekly evening class.
The goal of Tai Chi and Qigong is to open your body and look within yourselves, to discover what truly lies within and then how we connect to everything else, starting from the outside working closer and closer until you reach your centre.
Cheng Jie is the Taoist name of James Screeton.
Cheng Jie is currently studying TCM acupuncture at Lincoln university.
He is also studying various forms of martial arts including various styles of Tai Chi and Kung Fu and is an official Tai Chi teacher for the ITSWA school of Chinese martial arts.
