Steeped in history of the 500 year old Manor House, spend your free time walking in the surrounding woodland or snuggle with a cup of tea by a roaring open fire, optional Gong Bath on the Saturday evening. Perfect Autumn self care retreat for gathering and consolidating your energy.

Retreat Weekend Schedule

Friday arrival from 4pm
5-6.30 - ease into the weekend with yoga warming flow and restorative practice
6.30pm - dinner
8.30pm - opening circle / fire pit (weather permitting)

Saturday
8am – guided morning meditation
9am - breakfast
10am-1pm - dharma talk/discussion leading into Morning Yoga Practice
1pm - lunch
2pm-4pm - free time, walk, massage, 
4pm-6pm  - evening restorative yoga and yoga nidra
6pm -  dinner
7.30pm - gong bath or quiet evening by the fire

Sunday
8am - guided morning meditation (walking if outside weather permitting)
9am - breakfast with cacao
10am-1pm - morning yoga practice /closing circle
1pm-  lunch
3pm- finish
