If you are a seasoned yogi or complete beginner, this workshop will highlight holding patterns in your body, that, once released, will give you more freedom and strength in your asana practice.
You will learn and feel how by releasing the muscles in the centre of the body first, increases flexibility in your shoulders and hips. You will also learn how to fully pandiculate tight muscles and come to understand how this is different to stretching
This workshop is suitable for all, including those new to Somatics and Yoga.
