A workshop to introduce elements of wellbeing that are less familiar than the physical, such as occupational, intellectual, spiritual, community and emotional needs. At this time of year, when days draw short and much of our energy can be spent on other people’s needs, take some time to focus on yourself for your own wellbeing.
When our needs aren’t met, this can present itself in many different ways from physical symptoms to poor mental health. This workshop explores the different elements of wellbeing, suggests ways in which we can strengthen those elements for better health in every aspect of our lives and includes a free gift to take home.
Presented by Angharad Boyson, a personal coach with a psychology background and a passion for helping people to be their best selves.
