Balance movement and flow with the quiet and deep release of Yin yoga.
Our morning will start with a series of Yin poses to release tension and quieten the mind. We will ease into a flowing vinyasa sequence to stretch and strengthen the body. We will also investigate how Yin and Yang are present in every pose, and how these two aspects may manifest in our bodies and minds.
The morning will be infused with pranayama and light-hearted philosophy, and will close with a short meditation and deep relaxation.
