If you suffer with neck and shoulder tension, pain or strain then this workshop is for you.
Our modern way of living usually involves hours of sitting, driving or with our head's down as we read our tablets, laptops and phones, all of which can have long term affects on our posture and breathing, in turn, increasing tension in the neck, head, shoulders and back, radiating into arms, hands and wrists.
In this workshop we will use simple therapeutic practices involving props to gain more mobility, stability and ease in the upper body.
This new found freedom of movement will benefit those new to yoga and enhance an established yoga practice.
It will equip you with simple techniques to incorporate daily life and especially in your yoga practice.
