Yin yoga is a meditative, yet challenging, practice in which floor-based poses are held for time. We look to relax the muscles so that connective tissue around our joints can release; giving us improved range of movement and flow of qi, or prana, around the body.
The festive season is notoriously Yang in nature, which can be lots of fun, but also brings its own stresses. This evening will seek to balance out the chaos! We’ll follow a balancing sequence, linked with deep slow breathing, followed by a soothing guided relaxation to leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and rested.
