A friendly and welcoming workshop to introduce you to the basics of yoga; the poses, the breath and a peak into the philosophy behind the practice.
The morning will be based around a general yoga class, drawing on the teacher’s experience of many styles of yoga.
Breath work will be interwoven throughout the class and we will conclude with a lovely, long relaxation.
There will be plenty of time to ask questions.
This workshop is the perfect opportunity to dip your toe in the water, providing you with the foundation and confidence to enrol into a regular yoga class.
