We will begin the morning with a flowing vinyasa sequence designed to build heat and aid detoxification, then ease into a quiet Yin practice, focusing on our liver meridian.
Our movements will be complemented by cleansing pranayama techniques, relaxation and meditation to prepare us for the new year.
