This is the third in a three-part series of Ayurveda Workshops but no prior experience is required and you can attend any of the workshops on its own. Each Ayurveda workshops will include talks, group dynamics and activities, movement, meditation and relaxation in order to integrate and embody the wisdom of this ancient science.
