In this special one hour practice of Yoga Nidra, we will begin with a brief overview of the practice of yogic sleep, moving into a guided Yoga Nidra experience and finishing with time for meditation and reflection.
Yoga Nidra induces full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state. It requires nothing of you but to lie down, rest the body and listen, giving yourself the gift of rest and renewal. It helps relieve chronic stress patterns and promote deeper sleep and healing.
One hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to three hours of normal sleep.
