An easy to follow Laughter Yoga session suitable for everyone and led by certified Laughter Yoga Leader Rachael Burnett. No special clothing or skills required - if you can breathe you can laugh!
The session starts with a gentle seated warm-up with yogic breathing exercises, followed by some stretching, clapping and chanting all designed to engage your childlike side and get you feeling playful!
Why do it? Just 20 minutes of Laughter Yoga (Hasyayoga) can not only put you in a cheerful mood for the rest of the day, but it can also have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.
