Coming to Our Senses
By connecting to our senses through an embodied experience we can be in the present moment and experience life fully in a non-judgemental way that opens us to the opportunity for healing. This workshop is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, the developer of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme and his book of the same name where he explores how we have lost contact with the embodiment of who we are as humans.
The morning will consist of a selection of explorative meditations, which will give you an experience and introduction to mindfulness practice.
Please come and join me for a couple of hours of non-doing and simply being.
