This course aims to assist you in taking better care of yourself and get the most out of living by learning to relax, be kind to yourself and ‘BE’ with difficulty and discomfort.
MBCT was originally developed to help people ease the pain of depression and anxiety, but over the years it has proved to offer many lasting physical and psychological benefits.
